Hi Karen

I have recently moved to Melbourne with my husband. I have time on my hands and love animals. Am presently a cat owner, member of the RSPCA, donate to Guide Dogs Australia but ,,,, haven’t had dogs myself because we were both out at work. In the past I have had house sat and cared for dogs. My professional life was working as a government manager and lawyer but right now I am taking a break.

I just wondered if you need any assistants in your Melbourne operations?

Hi Marie-Louise. Sorry for the delay – I am just figuring out my new site! 4 years of the old one and this is a big learning curve :). Thank you for your comment and your interest in working with us in Melbourne. You are certainly very well qualified for our team. Unfortunately I don’t have anything in Melbourne – it is one of the smallest and therefore quietest in Australi. Thank you again though and best wishes, Karen

Hi Karen

Can’t remember if I updated you on our situation. After packing up our belongings and getting Tasha a rabies injection we decided at the very last minute not to go back to essex. Would you believe we finished up here in Coffs Harbour as it is supposed to be the most temperate climate in Oz.

Let’s hope the lower humidity here is actually better for my ms than qld.

All the best

Hi Pat,

No you didn’t tell me but I am pleased for you as I think Coffs Harbour is beautiful and hopefully things will work out well for you.

Best wishes and hugs to Tasha,

Paula Young September 13, 2012 at 2:48 am

Hi Karen,
My name is Paula Young and my “granddogs” Millie and Rosie are now in quarantine in Sydney. I cannot believe how much I am missing them here in Scotland but thankfully my daughter is using your wonderful service, and it makes me feel so much better about them being so far away (and away from their mummy!!). The photographs of them are just what I need to help me sleep at night!!!!! They are looking very well and I can see that they are being looked after by you or your other doggie “angels”. Thank you so much.
Best regards,
Paula (Grandma)

Hello Karen
My little Henry is currently serving 30 days quarantine in Sydney, he will be released just 3 days. My family and I had a massive sense of lose and a feeling of grieving took hold with myself and my young old daughter just hours after he left our home in Birmingham, UK. After 3 sleepless nights, my husband found your wonderful business and team of dog careers on the internet. When my husband called you, you took our call immediately and you were so comforting. You arranged a visit with our little boy immediately and continued to visit, play and walk him 4 days a week… The first couple of pictures I could see my dog was well, however he had very sad eye. As the weeks unfolded I could see he was much happier and had that special sparkle back in his eyes… God bless you for making your wonderful service available and for mothering my dog, when I was unable to. Your service is priceless, my family and I will forever be in your debt. I will let you know how he settles into home life, as of Saturday when we get him home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.. The Stevens family, Brisbane. xxxx

Dear Stevens Family,

We loved seeing Henry – a gorgeous face and a gorgeous boy. He made our job very easy for us to love and play with him :). Thank you too for your wonderful comments. Makes it all worthwhile. I hope you all love Brisbane and it is as kind to you as it is to me and my family. A big sloppy kiss to Henry. Love Karen and team x

My dog just arrived today at Sydney and was sent to Eastern Creek for a month quarantine. Could you please advise how should I go about it to have a dog walker (full package)? I would like to start a.s.a.p. as I’m too worried of her right now.

Myself currently still residing in Malaysia and my hubby is working between Syd and Melb.

Rebecca Mitchell July 5, 2013 at 8:28 pm

Hi Karen and your fantastic team

We would like to let you know that Sash arrived safe and well to us in perth today.
Without your team these last 30 days would of be unbearable. The reassurance of you guys going into Sash for cuddles and walks and us receiving photos of sash made it easier throughout the 30 days.
When Sash arrived in quarentine she wouldn’t eat the food provided as she didn’t eat dry food. One phone call to Karen and she organised wet food for Sash and she was soon tucking into her food. Sash destroyed every toy dog walks took in but that didn’t stop them they found her a toy that was indestructible and sash still had it with her when she arrived in perth.

You have a fantastic caring team that are a credit to your company
Thank you
Rebecca and Steve two very happy dog owners
Big thank you for looking after me from Sash xxxx

Thank you and your team so much for looking in on Lucky whilst she was in Eastern Creek. It was a great comfort to know she was being visited, walked and played with. Lucky is a young dog and energetic. It was a traumatic experience for her but I know the interaction she had with you guys made a difference. It was also wonderful for me to be able to view the visits in the albums on line as I am still overseas. Lucky was released today and is now in her new home on the mid north coast with her dad.
Keep up the good work

Dear Karen and Team,

Just a big thanks to you all for looking after Buster (black Staffy) last November.
It made such a difference to see the photos and know that he was having some fuss!
We are a bit late getting back to you but once again a big thankyou. I thoroughly recommend this service for anyone with pets in quarantine. It gives you great peace of mind and Karen is so professional and passionate.

Many thanks from Buster and his family xx
